Condition of hiring

The keys for the bungalow will be remitted only after the total rental fee has been paid.

The bungalow can accomodate a maximum of 6 persons. (this amount cannot be exceeded).

The person hiring the bungalow will be responsible to close the bungalow during his absence to prevent any loss of personal things. The security guard of the complex will take no responsibility for any loss.

The bungalow should be left in the same state as when the hiring person took possession of the bungalow.

In the event of damages occurred, the hiring person will have to pay for all damages.

Animals are not allowed in the bungalow.

Cancellation before the mentioned departure date will not be refunded.
